Tellico is an open source collections manager. It can be utilized to organize collections of books, videos and even wine. Users have access to databases at the Library of Congress and Amazon.com, among others, to find an electronic record for the item to be added. Tellico runs only in UNIX-based operating systems, but a similar program, GCstar, is available for Linux, Mac and Microsoft Windows.
